Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Manage and grow online communities across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, Discord, and Telegram
• Plan and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, threads, etc.)
• Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and encourage meaningful discussions
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for campaign execution
• Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics and performance insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• +1 year of experience managing social media and online communities (tech or Web3 preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and social media tools
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and tone consistency
• Must have their own system
