Shivacha Technologies is a global leader in Web3, blockchain, and SaaS-based development services. We specialise in white-label solutions for crypto exchanges, NFT platforms, token launches, and enterprise-grade apps. We're expanding our presence in the APAC region and are hiring dynamic Business Development talent with a proven track record in high-ticket tech sales.

🎯

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    monthly sales of $30,000–$40,000 USD

    from clients in the APAC region.
  • Generate leads, pitch solutions, and close deals for Web3, SaaS, blockchain, and mobile app products.
  • Build partnerships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in

    Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand

    , and other surrounding markets.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with decision-makers (when required).
  • Represent Shivacha at online conferences, virtual expos, or regional industry meetups.
  • Work closely with the CEO and delivery teams to structure proposals, estimates, and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    3 years of B2B business development experience

    in IT/Blockchain/SaaS.
  • Proven ability to

    consistently close $20k+ monthly deals

    (with references or verifiable proof).
  • Strong network and market knowledge in

    any 2+ of the APAC countries

    listed above.
  • Fluent English communication; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, metrics-driven, and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
