Business Development manager -Web3/Crypto

DeFi, NFTs, Web3 SaaS, and tokenization

generate leads, build partnerships, and close deals

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads in the Web3, crypto, and DeFi ecosystem
• Pitch white-label blockchain products and custom solutions to clients
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed contracts
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Represent Shivacha at industry events, virtual calls, and networking platforms
• Coordinate with tech and marketing teams to deliver client goals
• Track, manage, and report on your pipeline using CRM tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development
• At least 1 year of experience in blockchain/Web3/crypto industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of DeFi, NFTs, Web3 protocols, tokenomics, and crypto markets
• Experience dealing with global clients (preferred: UAE, UK, Africa)
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
• Self-driven and goal-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
• Existing network in the crypto/blockchain community
• Exposure to startup fundraising or presale processes
