Job Description:
We are hiring a Social Media Manager who is skilled in social media handling, performance campaigns, trend analysis and problem solving. The ideal candidate should be creative, updated with platform algorithms, capable of identifying issues/errors and resolving them, along with managing ads & content execution.

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily social media posting across platforms
• Planning & executing social media campaigns
• Running paid ads (Meta / IG / FB)
• Selecting reels, reels research, trend research & content idea generation
• Understanding platform algorithms & optimizing growth
• Identifying issues / errors / technical problems and resolving them on time
• Performance tracking & reporting
• Brainstorming with the creative & marketing team

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Experience in running social media ads & campaign optimization
• Understanding of engagement metrics, insights, reach and growth strategies
• Ability to find issues, troubleshoot and solve them independently
• Good communication & creative thinking skills
• Minimum 6 months experience preferred (not compulsory)

Salary Package: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 (Based on experience)

Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Type: Office Based (Kochi)
