Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in tax filings and audits. Key Responsibilities Accounting and Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP. Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company accounts. TDS Compliance Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS on applicable payments. Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.). Generate and issue Form 16 and Form 16A to employees and vendors. GST Compliance Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9). Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase data and follow up for mismatches.
