Job Summary

The Social Media Marketing Executive (Back Office) will be responsible for managing, planning, and executing all social media activities for the jewellery brand. The role involves coordinating with design and sales teams, maintaining brand consistency, creating engaging content, tracking performance, and ensuring timely posting and promotions across digital platforms.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
  
• Create and post attractive jewellery photos, videos, and reels.
  
• Write engaging captions that maintain the brand's style and tone.
  
• Respond to customer messages, comments, and feedback promptly.
  
• Plan campaigns for new collections and festive promotions.
  
• Work with designers and photographers for creative content.
  
• Collaborate with influencers to increase brand reach.
  
• Monitor performance and prepare monthly reports.
  
• Stay updated on jewellery trends and social media updates.
