Social Media Manager

The ideal candidate enjoys crafting compelling content, has a flair for graphic designing, can create simple videos to bring stories to life, someone with 2 years of hands-on social media experience, a sharp design sensibility, and the ambition to grow into a well-rounded brand manager, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Social Media Production

• Plug in content (reels, posts, carousels, stories, cover graphics ) into brand aligned templates
• Use Canva/Inshot  tools to edit basic videos bringing ideas to life.
• Captions/ copy adapts as per brand aligned script and messaging
• Collaborate with production teams to execute high-quality branded content. 

• Account Management:

• Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community interactions.
• Cross platform management across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

• Strategy & Trends:

• Track platform trends, hooks, hashtags, and evolving formats to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Monitor competitor activity, audience insights, and analytics to refine strategies.

• AI & Automation:

• Prompt and guide AI tools for copy, ideas, and scheduling.
• Explore and implement automation, ORM, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Social Pilot, Manychat, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• 1.5–2 years of hands-on social media management & video production experience.
• A solid portfolio showcasing reels, graphics, and basic edits (experience with Canva + apps like InShot/CapCut/Filmora a must).
• Growth mindset with numbers: knows how to track, analyze, and optimize content performance across platforms.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills; prompt on coworking platforms (Slack/Notion/Trello).
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts & deadlines in a hybrid, fast-moving environment.
• Eye for brand visual identity and consistency in design.
• Problem-solver: comes with solutions, not just feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Com/Advertising/Marketing (preferred).
• Passionate about branding, advertising, and tech.
