We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead Habuild’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
You’ll collaborate with our agency network and own the content calendar, brand storytelling, performance analysis, and online reputation — ensuring Habuild’s digital presence inspires, educates, and builds trust every day.

Own the monthly social media calendar strategy across platforms and get it executed through our partner agency network.

Collaborate with brand and content teams to conceptualize campaigns for topical moments (International Yoga Day, New Year, Women’s Day, etc.).

Maintain brand tone across all touchpoints.
Analytics & Performance

Track platform metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth).

Analyze weekly/monthly performance and optimize accordingly.

Build reports with agency partners that connect engagement metrics to business KPIs (sign-ups, retention, sentiment).

Lead Habuild’s social listening & community response across Instagram, YouTube, Google Reviews, and WhatsApp to increase engagement.

Monitor brand mentions and user feedback in real-time.

Create a clear ORM SOP: escalation matrix, tone of voice, and response turnaround time.

Turn negative experiences into brand moments — respond with empathy, resolve quickly, and celebrate recoveries.

Nurture Habuild’s digital communities especially YT and Instagram followers.

Engage with user-generated content, comments, and testimonials.

Amplify stories of transformation and consistency from the Habuild community.

Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Product, Ops, PR) for campaign execution.

Brief, manage, and review freelancers or partner agencies (designers, editors, ORM tools).

Stay updated with trends in wellness, yoga, and social media, test new formats before others do.

6-8 years of experience in managing brand social media (preferably in wellness, consumer tech, or lifestyle).

Strong understanding of content formats, storytelling, and community building.

Hands-on with tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Sheets, and social listening platforms (Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.).

Excellent written communication - English + basic Hindi proficiency preferred.

Calm under pressure, empathetic in tone, and obsessive about brand perception.
