This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through content, understands social trends, and can bring a brand to life across platforms.

Position Overview

The Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for social platforms (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, product/service features, etc.).
• Edit video and photo content for brand consistency.
• Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across all platforms.

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars and posting strategies.
• Create engaging copy, captions, and on-brand messaging.
• Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy based on insights.
• Stay on top of platform updates, social trends, and emerging opportunities.

Brand Development

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaigns, promotions, and priorities.
• Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all content.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support reputation management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field.
• Strong photography and videography skills (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut etc).
• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus.
