Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and manage engaging content across all platforms.
Plan content direction and maintain monthly content calendars.
Handle community management, responses, and brand communication.
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare concise reports.
Manage organic and paid campaigns, including budgets.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for consistent branding.
Stay updated on trends, tools, and platform updates.
Build networks and manage influencer partnerships.
Act as a spokesperson in videos and public-facing content.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proven experience in content creation (posts, reels, videos, stories).
Excellent communication skills and on-camera confidence for spokesperson duties.
Ability to plan content strategies and manage content calendars.
Basic knowledge of paid ads, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and prepare reports.
Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.
Creative thinking with strong storytelling and branding skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media tools (analytics, scheduling, and management platforms).
Collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, design, and sales teams.
