Experience Level: 2–3 years Are you someone who thinks in visuals, dreams in color palettes, and believes every pixel has a purpose? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who not only knows Photoshop like the back of their hand but can also bring ideas to life with a modern, AI-powered twist. What You’ll Do Create visually stunning designs for digital, social media, and print platforms. Use Adobe Photoshop (expert level) to craft eye-catching visuals, retouch images, and build brand-driven creatives. Add life to visuals using basic motion and animation in After Effects. Incorporate AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to enhance creativity, streamline design workflows, and push visual boundaries. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas into visual stories. Bring a creative eye for composition and angles —bonus points if you know your way around a camera or how to direct a perfect shot. You’re Perfect for This Role If You Are a Photoshop wizard who can work magic even under tight deadlines. Have a good sense of design aesthetics, typography, and storytelling. Are curious and comfortable using AI tools to speed up and elevate your design process. Have basic knowledge of After Effects for animation or transitions. Understand the importance of angles, lighting, and framing (even if you’re not behind the camera all the time). Are a team player who’s open to feedback and loves bringing fresh ideas to the table.
