Graphic Designer

Experience Level: 2–3 years

Are you someone who thinks in visuals, dreams in color palettes, and believes every pixel has a purpose? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who not only knows Photoshop like the back of their hand but can also bring ideas to life with a modern, AI-powered twist.

What You’ll Do

• Create visually stunning designs for digital, social media, and print platforms.
• Use Adobe Photoshop (expert level) to craft eye-catching visuals, retouch images, and build brand-driven creatives.
• Add life to visuals using basic motion and animation in After Effects.
• Incorporate AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to enhance creativity, streamline design workflows, and push visual boundaries.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to turn ideas into visual stories.
• Bring a creative eye for composition and angles—bonus points if you know your way around a camera or how to direct a perfect shot.

You’re Perfect for This Role If You

• Are a Photoshop wizard who can work magic even under tight deadlines.
• Have a good sense of design aesthetics, typography, and storytelling.
• Are curious and comfortable using AI tools to speed up and elevate your design process.
• Have basic knowledge of After Effects for animation or transitions.
• Understand the importance of angles, lighting, and framing (even if you’re not behind the camera all the time).
• Are a team player who’s open to feedback and loves bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Bonus Skills

• Photography or video shooting experience
• Experience with Canva, Illustrator, or Figma
• Knowledge of color grading or Lightroom
