  • Maintain and evolve the

  • Experiment with

    AI-based trend forecasting, prompt engineering, and design automation

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to translate ideas into campaigns that look beautiful and perform brilliantly.

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Plan, execute, and monitor

    digital marketing campaigns

    across platforms — organic and paid.
  • Design, schedule, and analyze posts using

    Sprout Social

    and other content scheduling tools.
  • Use

    Surfer SEO

    to optimize blog graphics, web banners, and creative assets for discoverability and engagement.
  • Create ad creatives and landing page visuals using

    AdCreative.ai

    for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Develop and manage

    content calendars

    , ensuring cross-platform storytelling consistency.
  • Use

    AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO)

    for campaign ideation, copy optimization, and content scaling.
  • Track performance metrics, CTR, impressions, and conversion rates — and use data insights to improve campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with SEO, product, and sales teams to deliver

    data-backed creative strategies

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, or related discipline

  • 2–6 years

    of experience in digital design, creative strategy, or marketing.
  • Strong

    portfolio

    showcasing both design excellence and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Adobe Creative Suite
