Work experience or knowledge of video development and editing with an advertising agency or film firm or at client side.
Knowledge of Video Editing and design.
Proficiency in editing software programs.
Ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements.
Ability to perform in fast paced environment.
Ensure deadlines are met.
Command on English language

Competency Requirement:

Create high quality innovative videos, AVs, landing page designs & banners.
Responsible for creating attractive social media graphics for all the business units
Create designs for digital campaign, email banners, gifs, Infographics, as per our marketing calendar under the brand guidelines
Retouch, correct, and color-grade videos and graphic media.
Come up with ideas for the video.
Sit with the team to understand the requirements.
Create print work for Conclaves and events (banners, side wings, lanyards, podium)
