Sales & Business Growth Present and promote the studio’s collections, customization services, and design capabilities. Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Collaborate with management to explore new markets, collaborations, and sales strategies. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery. Provide post-sales support and manage client feedback professionally. Market Research & Promotions Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Identify potential collaboration opportunities with influencers, stylists, and event curators. Job Title: Senior Accountant Department: Accounts Reports To: Director Job Summary: The Senior Accountant will oversee all accounting and financial operations for the multi-designer fashion store, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts, vendor payments, designer settlements, inventory valuation, and financial reporting, while supporting management with data-driven insights for profitability and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, expense, and petty cash entries. Handle designer commission calculations, settlements, and payments. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets. Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per government regulations. Maintain vendor and designer ledgers, ensure timely reconciliations and payments. Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate with the retail and warehouse teams for accurate stock records. Supervise billing, POS entries, and cash flow management at store level. Assist management with budgeting, cost analysis, and profitability tracking. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants. Implement accounting controls and ensure all financial documentation is properly maintained. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury sector . Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel , and retail billing/POS systems. Good understanding of designer sales models, consignment accounting , and commission structures . Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
