Job Description: The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) role at a Multi-Designer Fashion Store in Raj Bhawan road, Civil Lines Raipur CG 492001, reporting to the Director, involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client data, and supporting store operations. You will need excellent communication skills, a good fashion sense, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers. - Offer personalized styling and fashion assistance to clients. - Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. - Update and maintain client databases using CRM software or Excel. - Collaborate with sales and design teams for a seamless client experience. - Assist in event planning, designer visits, and client engagement activities. - Follow up with customers for appointments, trials, deliveries, and post-sale service. - Maintain high standards of in-store presentation and client service. - Manage multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously. - Aid in achieving monthly and quarterly sales & client retention targets. - Generate reports and insights on client preferences and buying patterns. Key Skills & Qualities: - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Strong fashion sense & styling abilities. - Client servicing & retention mindset. - Experience in luxury or designer retail is advantageous. - Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach. - Familiarity with CRM tools. - Professional grooming and presentation. - Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. - Positive attitude and team spirit. - Attention to detail and client preferences. - Punctuality and reliability. Qualifications: - Female candidates are preferred. - Graduation in any field (Fashion or Retail Management preferred). - Minimum 12 years of experience in fashion retail / luxury client servicing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of fashion brands, fabrics, and trends. - Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools. - Ability to multitask and handle pressure with grace and professionalism.
