Position Overview We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be the primary point of contact for our customers. The CRM will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, building long-term client relationships, and supporting sales growth by providing after-sales support and personalized engagement. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the main contact point for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and service requests. Assist in generating new business opportunities through referrals and client satisfaction. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure service quality and timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with the sales and technical team to ensure seamless project execution. Manage customer databases, maintain accurate records, and update client interactions in CRM tools. Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys and provide insights for service improvements. Educate customers about solar solutions, products, and services offered by Rudransh Solartech. Requirements/Qualification Bachelor’s degree / 12th Pass. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
