Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be the primary point of contact for our customers. The CRM will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, building long-term client relationships, and supporting sales growth by providing after-sales support and personalized engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Act as the main contact point for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and service requests.
• Assist in generating new business opportunities through referrals and client satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure service quality and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage customer databases, maintain accurate records, and update client interactions in CRM tools.
• Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys and provide insights for service improvements.
• Educate customers about solar solutions, products, and services offered by Rudransh Solartech.

Requirements/Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree / 12th Pass.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
