Customer Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by acting as the main contact point for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and service requests. Additionally, you will assist in generating new business opportunities through referrals and client satisfaction, maintain regular follow-ups with customers, collaborate with the sales and technical team, manage customer databases, conduct client satisfaction surveys, and educate customers about solar solutions, products, and services offered by Rudransh Solartech. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or 12th Pass, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi, strong problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude. You should also have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
