Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Raipur Chhattisgarh
Reports To: Director

Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build client relationships, and expand our fashion studio’s market presence. The role combines sales, strategy, and creative collaboration with a strong focus on the fashion and lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and connect with potential clients including boutiques, retailers, stylists, and event organizers.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, exhibitions, and digital outreach.
  • Explore new business opportunities and partnerships within the fashion ecosystem.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Present and promote the studio’s collections, customization services, and design capabilities.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with management to explore new markets, collaborations, and sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide post-sales support and manage client feedback professionally.

Market Research & Promotions

  • Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Identify potential collaboration opportunities with influencers, stylists, and event curators.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives such as exhibitions, pop-ups, and digital campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of fashion, retail, and customer preferences.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms.
  • Energetic, organized, and passionate about the fashion industry.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client servicing in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
