Key Responsibilities
- * Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- * Manage daily social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts aligned with the brand voice and marketing goals.
- * Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, video, and other media, tailored to each platform's audience.
- * Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize content strategies.
- * Engage with followers and manage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- * Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
- * Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- * Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and new tools to leverage the latest innovations in content creation and audience engagement.
- * Monitor competitor activities on social media and stay aware of industry best practices.
- * Assist in building and maintaining influencer relationships and partnerships to amplify social media efforts.
- * Report on social media performance to management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- * 2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced or digital marketing environment.
- * Proven expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and community management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Whatsapp.
- * Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and how to measure ROI.
- * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
- * Experience with paid advertising on social platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- * Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
- * Knowledge of brand voice development and the ability to tailor content to different target audiences.
- * Ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- * Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media optimization is a plus.
