Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Bengaluru. As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating and curating compelling content, managing social media accounts, improving social media optimization (SMO), and monitoring analytics to refine performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and emerging trends in digital marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in managing social media accounts for brands is a plus
