Social Media Manager

Location: Dehradun (On-site preferred)
Experience: 2–4 years minimum

About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, creative, and strategy-driven Social Media Manager who can handle brand communication end-to-end — from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading client meetings, explaining plans of action, and crafting content strategies that actually drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently handle client meetings and present campaign plans.
• Create and explain detailed content and ad plans of action for each project.
• Understand business objectives and translate them into digital strategies.
• Manage and monitor campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Prepare monthly content calendars with clear objectives and engagement plans.
• Research and apply Instagram growth and viral trends effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams for smooth execution.
• Track performance, optimize campaigns, and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads, targeting, and analytics.
• Ability to think creatively with strong trend-spotting skills.
• Experience in handling multiple brands at once is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with influencer marketing and content collaborations.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,193.86 - ₹25,762.79 per month
