We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s a strategic thinker, a natural communicator, and a CRM wizard. You’ll play a key role in driving our marketing efforts, managing campaigns, and managing clients on daily basis Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.) Manage and optimize CRM platforms to ensure seamless customer experience and lead management Monitor campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling marketing assets Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows Track KPIs and analyze performance to improve ROI Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house) Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite Basic knowledge of SEO tools and email marketing platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
