Location : New Delhi/Hybrid Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 2+ years Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing & Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness. CRM Management: Oversee customer relationship management systems to improve retention and communication. Google Ads & SEO: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies to improve traffic, conversions, and ROI. Google Tag Manager & Analytics: Implement and track key metrics using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to evaluate performance and improve decision-making. Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Email Marketing: Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead nurturing. Advertising & Campaign Management: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) aligned with marketing goals. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior, A/B testing, and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates. AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline content creation, analytics, and campaign automation. Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on marketing performance, analyze data, and present insights to stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. Strong understanding of: Social Media Marketing, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), Google Tag Manager & Analytics, Google Ads & SEO best practices, Email & Content Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization Proficiency in using AI tools for content and analytics.
