Digital Marketing Specialist

Primary (Digital Marketing):

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Manage social media accounts, content creation, and engagement strategies to attract potential students.
• Track and analyze digital campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Develop creative campaigns for course promotions, workshops, and free tools offers.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve online visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.

Secondary (Teaching / Mentoring):

• Support students with queries, guidance, and learning assistance online/offline.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
• Creative thinking, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to design and create visually appealing posters, graphics, and marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
