Primary (Digital Marketing): Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.). Manage social media accounts, content creation, and engagement strategies to attract potential students. Track and analyze digital campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. Develop creative campaigns for course promotions, workshops, and free tools offers. Collaborate with the internal team to improve online visibility, website traffic, and lead generation. Secondary (Teaching / Mentoring): Support students with queries, guidance, and learning assistance online/offline. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing (1–3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing. Creative thinking, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Ability to design and create visually appealing posters, graphics, and marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
