Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence through effective SEO, performance-driven advertising, and engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing websites, search engine marketing, paid campaigns, and audience engagement while delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Website & SEO

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and keyword research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for highly competitive keywords on an international scale.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with broader digital goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Track key performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Monitor budgets and bid strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation & Customer Engagement

  • Create engaging digital content including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics tailored to the target audience.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging, SEO best practices, and campaign objectives.
  • Engage with customers across digital channels by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service through online platforms to strengthen brand trust and audience relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with SEO and marketing tools.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and improve marketing performance.
  • Strong communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
