About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Create and publish platform-appropriate social content (static posts, carousels, short-form video) aligned to content calendars.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and cultivate audience interactions to improve retention and sentiment.)
• Execute content scheduling and publishing using Meta Business Suite and content planning tools to ensure timely delivery.
• Support short-form video ideation and basic editing for Reels and TikTok to boost reach and shareability.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and compile concise weekly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, growth, and product teams to align social activity with campaign goals and product launches.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Portfolio or links to social posts, campaigns, or sample content.
• Practical experience with Canva or equivalent visual content tools.
• Familiarity using Meta Business Suite for scheduling and basic analytics.
• Basic understanding of social metrics and tracking using Google Analytics or native platform insights.
• Comfortable creating short-form video content (smartphone filming and in-app editing).
• Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Rush for enhanced creative edits.
• Familiarity with social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Previous internship or freelance work on brand-building or performance-driven social campaigns.
