Problem Resolution: Handle customer grievances professionally to preserve the company’s reputation. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Having Experience in managing and calling customers, High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Skills Required: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly. Cool-tempered and resilient in handling challenging situations. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
