Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive calls to prospective clients and existing patients.
  • Explain clinic services, treatments, and offers clearly and persuasively.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and appointment booking.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with counselors and front desk for appointment scheduling.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare sales preferred.
  • Confident, polite, and patient-centric approach.
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,300.18 per month
