As a Skin and Hair Care Coordinator at Satya Skin & Hair Solutions in Gurgaon, Sector 27, your role involves guiding clients through their skin and hair care journey. You will ensure they receive the best treatments and aftercare support, contributing to their overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and consult clients regarding their skin and hair concerns. - Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or services. - Provide detailed information about various procedures, their benefits, and potential outcomes. - Manage client bookings, follow-ups, and treatment schedules efficiently. - Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other staff to ensure seamless client care. - Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and progress. - Educate clients on post-treatment care, product usage, and lifestyle tips for better results. - Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person visits with a professional and empathetic approach. - Manage inventory of skin and hair care products and ensure adequate stock levels. - Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in a skin care clinic, hair care center, or wellness industry preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to manage client data and maintain confidentiality. - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. - A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide empathetic guidance. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Skin Therapy, Hair Care, or related field is an advantage. - Prior experience in aesthetic clinics or dermatology setups.
