Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Process Leadership

• Develop and implement counseling workflows from enquiry to conversion.
• Create SOPs, training guides, and scripts to ensure consistent counseling quality.
• Monitor conversion data and optimize team performance.
• Coordinate strategy with marketing and medical departments.

2. Team Management & Training

• Lead and motivate the counseling team across branches.
• Set clear KPIs and review performance regularly.
• Conduct training sessions on sales, communication, and product knowledge.

3. Client Consultation & Sales

• Handle premium consultations and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Explain treatment options, costs, and benefits with clarity.
• Drive conversions ethically and maintain CRM documentation.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with doctors, reception, and operations for smooth client experience.
• Track daily bookings, team updates, and report insights to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (Preferred: Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business Management).
• 4–8 years of experience in counseling or patient coordination, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High emotional intelligence and client service orientation.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales and conversion targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital reporting systems.
• Flexible to work weekends or extended hours when required.
