Key Responsibilities

• Develop and streamline counseling workflows from enquiry to conversion.
• Create SOPs, training materials, and communication scripts.
• Monitor conversions and team performance while aligning with marketing and medical teams.
• Lead and motivate counselors across branches with clear KPIs and regular reviews.
• Conduct training on sales, communication, and product knowledge.
• Handle premium consultations and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Explain treatment options, benefits, and pricing transparently.
• Maintain CRM documentation and coordinate with doctors, reception, and operations for smooth client flow.
• Track daily bookings and share performance insights with management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (Preferred: Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business Management).
• 2-6 years of experience in counseling or patient coordination (2+ years in a managerial role).
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales & conversion targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools & digital reporting systems.
• High emotional intelligence, client empathy, and professionalism.
