Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer service, providing customer support, and driving sales. Daily tasks include communicating with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Excellent Customer Support skills Ability to work independently and effectively in a team Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
