Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and skilled Table Tennis Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in table tennis, experience in coaching players of different age groups, and a commitment to fostering sportsmanship and skill development. Key Responsibilities Conduct structured table tennis coaching sessions for kids, beginners, and advanced players. Deliver training programs that focus on skill improvement, fitness, and match strategies. Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions as needed. Assess and track players' progress and provide feedback for improvement. Ensure a safe and disciplined training environment. Educate players on sportsmanship, rules, and ethics of table tennis. Collaborate with the Game Theory team to enhance the training curriculum. Maintain coaching equipment and ensure the playing area is maintained as per standards . Qualifications & Experience Prior experience as a Table Tennis Coach or competitive table tennis player. Certification in sports coaching or a relevant field is a plus. Strong understanding of table tennis techniques, strategies, and rules. Ability to work with players of different skill levels and age groups. Good communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a strong understanding of camera operation, video editing, and post-production techniques to maintain brand consistency and quality. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or Videographer, proficiency in using DSLR cameras and editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, and a creative mindset for storytelling through visual content. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. Preferred skills include knowledge of social media trends, graphic design experience, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines. Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred for effective communication.
