Account Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Entries

• Record and post daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate general ledger, journals, and trial balances.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

2. GST and TDS Filings

• Prepare, compute, and assist with timely filing of GST and TDS returns to ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain documentation required for tax filings and coordinate with auditors or consultants as needed.

Additional Responsibilities (as applicable):

• Process accounts payable and receivable; track vendor payments and client receipts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (e.g., financial statements, P&L, balance sheets).
• Support audit preparation by organizing necessary financial documentation.
• Work with budget planning and MIS/reporting tasks for internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in general accounting and compliance in a corporate setup.
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Zoho Books, Tally ERP) and MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance, including return filing and statutory procedures.
• Strong accuracy, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
