About the Role
A Telesales Executive at The Spartans is responsible for contacting potential students, explaining course details, answering queries, and encouraging enrollments for various coaching programs. The role focuses on promoting the institute’s courses and supporting the admission process through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
● Calling and Lead Generation – Contacting potential students and responding to inquiries.
● Course Promotion – Explaining details of courses like CSIR UGC NET, IIT JAM, SET, and PSC.
● Counselling and Guidance – Helping students choose suitable programs based on their goals.
● Follow-ups – Maintaining regular contact with interested candidates to ensure enrollment
● Database Management – Recording and updating student information and call details
● Achieving Targets – Meeting daily or monthly admission and sales goals.
● Customer Relationship Management – Building trust and maintaining good communication with students and parents.
Key Skills
● Relationship building and networking.
● Sales and persuasion techniques.
● Strong time management and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Compensation & Benefits
● Salary Range: ₹1,68,000 – ₹2,16,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
