We are dedicated to guiding students through their academic journeys with personalized support and expert mentorship. Key Responsibilities : ● Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. ● Provide information about our CA, CMA, and CS courses. ● Address inquiries and guide students through the enrollment process. ● Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups. ● Collaborate with the counseling team to support student admissions. ● Achieve daily and monthly call targets. Requirements : ● Graduate in any discipline. ● 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service. ● Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, and English. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Basic computer proficiency.
