The candidates will play a key role in guiding students through their academic journey, handling inquiries, and driving admission conversions. Key Responsibilities (Common to Both Roles): Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups for admissions. Counsel prospective students and parents about available programs and eligibility. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission conversions. Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding and orientation.
