Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential learners, understanding their training needs, and offering suitable course recommendations that align with their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes to prospective learners.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
Convert leads into enrollments by building rapport and trust with the learners.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information and call details.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve the conversion process.
Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and trends to enhance offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in EdTech or similar industries).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
