Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Manonayan CDC, HSR Layout, Bangalore Type: Full-time About Us Manonayan CDC is a child development center committed to providing early intervention, autism therapy, speech and occupational therapy, and holistic programs for neurodivergent children and those with special needs. Our mission is to empower children through personalized, compassionate, and innovative approaches. Role Overview We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and work with children to enhance their speech, language, communication, and swallowing skills. The role involves individualized therapy, caregiver education, and active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Conduct individualized therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs. Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators for holistic child development. Provide caregiver training and education to support therapy at home. Document progress and refine therapy plans for optimal outcomes. Requirements BASLP or MASLP degree. Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure/certification. Proficiency in assessing and treating speech and dysphagia. Expertise in diagnosis and therapy planning. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
