At Manonayan Child Development Center (CDC), we work with neurodivergent individuals, to help them reach their fullest potential.

We are looking for passionate and driven Occupational Therapists to join our unique & result oriented team in Bangalore.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
• Prior experience with neurodivergent individuals preferred

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist at Manonayan CDC, you will:

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic intervention
• Conduct sensory integration and early intervention therapies
• Assess developmental delays and recommend behavioral therapies
