About the Role

Manonayan Child Development Center is offering semester internship.

This is an assessment internship for students or recent graduates, diploma holders, masters in Child Psychology or Special Education.

This role provides hands-on exposure to child assessments, behavioral observation, and individualized learning support. Interns will gain practical experience in a multidisciplinary setup and receive guidance from experienced educators and psychologists, along with a certificate upon completion, and a full time job opportunity as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Support in child assessments and documentation
• Observe and learn about child behavior and developmental patterns
• Assist in planning and executing intervention activities for children with ADHD, ASD, developmental delays, or learning difficulties
• Work collaboratively with special educators, therapists, and psychologists to support holistic development
• Social media roles

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Ed/M.Ed in Special Education or Master’s in Child Psychology/Clinical Psychology
• Understanding of child development and learning differences
• Ability to engage effectively with special needs children and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
