Job Title: Social Media Executive Location: Okhla Phase 1 Department: Marketing/Communications Reports To: Director Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive with 3 to 5 years of expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and online brand management. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, Digital PR, E-Commerce, Influencer Marketing, Website Management, social media, LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, and WhatsApp/Mobile Marketing . This role requires someone with a strong strategic mindset, a keen eye for content creation, and a proven track record of successfully managing digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand goals. Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, blogs, etc.), ensuring a high standard of creativity and quality. Manage daily activities on all major social media platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. ), including content scheduling, posting, and responding to queries. Monitor and analyze performance metrics for social media campaigns, track engagement, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, etc.) to align messaging and develop cross-functional campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media tools, platforms, and technologies. Execute influencer partnerships and manage collaborations to increase brand visibility and engagement. Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic reach. Oversee digital PR efforts , ensuring positive brand presence across online media. Manage e-commerce-related digital marketing activities, driving conversions and online sales. Lead LinkedIn engagement and content strategy , optimizing it for brand positioning and B2B networking. Design and execute email marketing campaigns , ensuring lead nurturing and customer engagement. Utilize WhatsApp and mobile marketing strategies to reach and engage target audiences effectively. Requirements: 6 to 8 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role within the digital ma rketing domain.Prov e n expertise in SEO, SEM, Digital PR, E-Commerce, Influencer Marketing, Website Management, and Social Media.Stro n g understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Googl e Analytics, Social Bakers, Meta Business Suite, etc.).Exc el lent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing and content creation.Profi ciency in social media management tools (e.g., Hoots uite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Exp er ience in email campaign design and execution usin g platforms like Mailc himp, HubSpot, or SendGrid.Fami l iarity with Whats App business marketing and mobile engagement strategies.Abil i ty to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Stron g eye for detail and visual aesthetics, with experience in graph ic design or content creation tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) bein g a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies. Experience with live streaming, webinars, and virtual events .
