Site Supervisor

Project Planning & Execution: - Develop project plans outlining timelines, milestones and resources (human, Materials and Budgetary) required for successful project completion. Communicate customers or end users’ timelines and Chronology of finished handover. Conflict management on site or dispute mitigations. Monitor project progress, identify potential cost exaltation risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track and timelines. Team Leadership and Collaboration: - Lead a multipipeline, multi skilled/ semi-skilled team, providing guidance, motivation and support at every step and even on off days throughout the project lifecycle. Foster an open, collaborative, expressive environment encouraging more communication and knowledge sharing. Co-ordinate with supervisors, labor contractors, material suppliers and other external vendors to ensure "Zero" time lag or Diffentials. Transition from one phase to the next phase of the project should be smooth and without any transition delay. The same for materials management and inventory handling on-site along with balance material (closing stock). Fast conflict resolution and address issues at site promptly, perfect update and redistribution planning. Man-hours multifaction maximization with aspiration for zero time loss. Should be very good in Letters, Mails, PowerPoints Presentations and excel price calculations. Budget & Cost Management: - Develop, create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and costs and ensure minimum wastage and total cost effectiveness in each and every project. Review with MD, BDM and approach project expenditures, bills and ability to re-calculate and re-model material orders to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Look for every opportunity for cost effectiveness without compromising the cost alignment company's brand positioning objectives, data analytical skills with corrective focus. In depth knowledge of all vendors Labor contractors, Electrical and Paints in all East Markets. Quality Assurance and compliance: - Implement QA and QC systems & process to upload high standards of performance in workmanship and work hours. (Realtime tracking systems to be built for opening and closing stock updation). Familiar with procurement, purchase, vendor management, contractual labour administrative, budgetary coship, project cost plan, cashflows. Knowledge & adherence to regulatory requirements, govt norms as well as labour laws. Building vendor quality norms and protocols. Conduct regular and Audit Inspections at site to verify compliance norms, safety regulations and vendor contractual agreements in case of quality standards with pricing at hand. (including of selling fixed discount margins with market vendors). Address Non-compliance issues promptly, implement corrective actions immediately. Ready to visit entire East India up to Andhra borders at short notices for implementation of project plans. Stakeholder Management: - Serve as a primary point of contact, providing regulars updates on project status, milestones and key deliverables to management, CRM, Sales and Customers. Manage expectations effectively, addressing concerns and asking for feedback from internal mgmt. to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Ability to identify and check inventory spillage or theft Create, update, and share project trackers and summaries sharing weekly project progress report to all stakeholders internal. B.Arch. or B.E (Civil) or Related Fields** Proficiency in Project Management software & Interior 3D Imaging software’s, Auto CAD,3D MAX, MS Project etc. (of all disciplines Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry etc.), Identify design disciplines and forecast execution risks. Ability to prepare seamless detailed Project expectation schedules highlighting interdependence of various tasks and "Zero" manhour wastage.
