As a growing interior design and architecture studio, we are looking for a passionate Sales Executive who can translate client aspirations into projects while helping us grow our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through various channels – digital platforms, referrals, events, and direct outreach Qualify prospects, understand client requirements, and present tailored design solutions Collaborate closely with the design and execution teams to ensure accurate proposal delivery Guide clients through the design and sales journey – from inquiry to closure Follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and build a loyal customer base Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Represent the brand professionally at exhibitions, meetings, and client walkthroughs What We’re Looking For: Proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, real estate, or home improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of design concepts and the ability to explain them to clients Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused Bonus Points If You Have: A background in interior design or a strong aesthetic sense Experience working with homeowners, builders, or commercial clients Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
