Use analytics tools to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Guide and mentor marketing and sales executives to achieve team goals. Collaborate with design, operations, and content teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and client events. Educational Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2 years of experience in sales and digital marketing , preferably in interior design, architecture, or luxury retail . Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CRM platforms). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Creative thinker with an understanding of branding and aesthetics.
