Key Responsibilities 🔹 Service Strategy & Governance Define the roadmap and long-term vision for ServiceNow services. Collaborate with senior leadership to align service objectives with business goals. 🔹 Service Design & Implementation Develop and implement service processes, workflows, and performance metrics. Lead successful production transitions, ensuring robust documentation and user training. 🔹 Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day ServiceNow operations with strict SLA adherence. Continuously analyze service performance and initiate improvement plans. 🔹 Stakeholder Engagement Act as the bridge between business units, IT teams, and service partners. Ensure consistent stakeholder communication and collaboration. 🔹 Compliance & Risk Management Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Proactively manage risks related to service operations. 🔹 Team Leadership Inspire and guide a high-performing service management team. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
