Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect with 10-15 years of experience to join our team in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITSM ServiceNow, HRSD module, and Employee Service Center.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow HRSD module and Employee Service Center.
Configure UI and workflows across different modules of ServiceNow.
Develop and implement solutions in client environments across various ServiceNow modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRSD with other modules.
Provide technical guidance and support on HRSD implementation and configuration.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for HRSD implementation.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of ITSM ServiceNow, HRSD module, and Employee Service Center.
Experience with UI configuration, workflow configuration, development, and implementation of solutions in client environments.
Familiarity with LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, and other relevant technologies and standards.
Must have completed engineering or degree.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Notice period: 0-15 days.
