Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
end-to-end architecture
and implementation of
ServiceNow HRSD
modules
Design & configure modules like
Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events
Define reusable components, data models, workflows, and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate HR needs into technical solutions
Lead and mentor developers, conduct
code reviews
, and ensure delivery quality
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

7+ years of experience with
ServiceNow
, with 3+ years specifically in
HRSD
Proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect on at least
2 HRSD implementations
Strong knowledge of
HR workflows, lifecycle events, data privacy & compliance standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Certified in ServiceNow HRSD (preferred)
